Description

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a digital designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC.

This position offers a unique opportunity for a creative individual to contribute to a wide range of digital projects, from web design and social media graphics to interactive experiences and branding initiatives. As a hybrid contract-to-hire role, you will have the chance to showcase your skills and potential for long-term employment within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

  • Conceptualize and execute design solutions for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, and social media.

  • Produce high-quality visuals, graphics, and multimedia elements that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and user interactions.

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and outcomes.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and conduct user testing to validate design decisions.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital design, preferably in an agency or creative studio environment.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design concepts.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

  • Attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design execution.

  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects and demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
