Bank of America Communications Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description:

This position aligns to the Corporate Communications team supporting the bank's Global Technology & Operations division, which delivers end-to-end technology and operations services across the all lines of business and functional groups in the company. The Communications Manager will jointly support the two leaders and groups within the GT&O organization that drive technology and operations for the bank's consumer businesses. The communications executive will plan and deliver an integrated internal and external communications program, including analysis, proactive and reactive strategies, messaging and positioning, audiences and measurement. This position will lead execution utilizing resources from shared disciplines, and work in a highly integrated structure with partners aligned to the Consumer business and with peers supporting other GT&O groups.

Qualifications/Desired Skills

  • Degree in communications or related field (public relations, journalism, marketing, etc.)

  • Minimum 5 years related experience delivering executive level communications as part of a corporate communications function

  • Proven experience delivering wide range of communications outputs (keynote presentations, storylines/messaging, testing and analysis, news releases, issue briefs, strategic plans and proposals, issue recommendations, broadcast development)

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong executive presence.
