KBR Jr. Test Readiness Administrator in Chantilly, Virginia

Title:

Jr. Test Readiness Administrator

KBR is seeking a Jr Test and Readiness Administrator to join our team in Springfield, VA. This position is a contingent hire for future awarded program.

Responsibilities:

  • A test readiness administrator plans, develops, and coordinates testing program policies, procedures and schedules, and ensures adequate staffing for the management of the testing.

  • Establish, implement, and enforce test policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's is related field

  • 0-3 years' experience in Testing and Readiness

  • Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.

  • Able to develop and use more complex concepts and processes, conduct root cause problem analysis and develop technical solutions to problems.

  • Guides and supports junior level personnel.

  • Requires guidance only when dealing with new, uncertain, undefined or undeveloped tasks.

Desired Qualifications:

  • NGA experience

  • 2+ years' experience in Test/Readiness

Clearance: TS/SCI required
