Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Control Specialist to join our team! In this role you will join a team of experienced project control specialists to support a rapidly growing, highly visible FEDSIM project .

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Creating and analyzing financial forecasts

  • Utilizing financial tools to mitigate risk

  • Facilitating the development of work breakdown structures (WBS)

  • Establishing baseline budgets

  • Coordinating with Finance personnel, Project Managers, and Subcontract Administrators

  • Evaluating subcontractor forecasts and actual charges

  • Completing customer deliverables and ad hoc reporting

  • Guiding project managers to ensure compliance with polices and procedures

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent)

  • 5-10 years of related work experience

  • Experience in dealing with various types of contracts (e.g., firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-award-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and time and material)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to work both independently and part of a team

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint

  • Experience with GSA FEDSIM contract vehicles

  • Ability to use complex/advanced Excel formulas

Salary Range:

$96,400.00 - $168,700.00
