The main function of this position is to perform preventive maintenance and provide technical support or basic troubleshooting to Honeywell customers. These customers will have various products installed that fall into the – HVAC, automation controls, life safety, fire, and security systems categories as well as their associated computer systems. The goal is to ensure system up-time and efficiency.

The salary for this position is ($36,000-54,000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tests on equipment and escalate issues found accordingly

  • Verify system functionality and report out accordingly

  • Promote, build, and maintain good customer relationships while keeping supervisor informed of system status and actual/potential customer issues

  • Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations

  • Proper use of safety personal protection equipment

  • Security and other clearances as required by customer

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.

  • 6+ month of related experience or school equivalent.

WE VALUE

  • Previous industry experience

  • Previous technical/installation experience

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Good written and oral communication

  • Ability to follow instructions

  • Bachelor degree or technical/professional certificate

  • NICET 1 certification or F card is valued.
