Must-haves: Associate's degree in a related field of study, at least 10 years of relevant experience A higher-level degree may substitute for experience Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education Ability to understand and interpret complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications Comprehensive understanding of the use of standard laboratory test equipment, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, Oscilloscope, other measurement equipment, hand tools, and power tools
Preferred: IPC certificate (with Space Addendum) Basic skills with avionics installation tooling, wiring, wiring repair, and wiring installation Understanding of soldering techniques Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with 3-D CAD software Prior experience in a Lead role; the ability to mentor, train, guide and inspect the work of subordinates Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, NASA, the US Department of Defense or US Military The ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required

Estimated Starting Salary Range:$42.66 - $63.99
