Employment Horizons Human Resource Generalist in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey

Employment Horizons, a nonprofit organization, is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to coordinate the day-to-day human resource functions including the hiring of staff, benefits and leave, training, employee relations, and enforcing agency policies. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of HR compliance, cultural sensitivity, risk assessment, and confidentiality. This position is 40 hours per week.
