Job Summary: The Coordinator, Materials Management will be responsible for the daily pick, pack, and ship processes at the National Warehouse in Butler, PA, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of needed spare parts to Messer facilities and individuals across North America. The Coordinator maintains the necessary master data to ensure materials are properly set up in the national warehouse.

Principal Responsibilities: Perform warehouse management functions at Butler, which may include, but not be limited to, shipping, receiving, quality assurance of suppliers, and tracking of orders with suppliers. Responsible for maintaining the materials master data in SAP required to maintain the spare parts inventory at the Butler warehouse. Conduct periodic physical count verification of all stocked materials. Process inbound shipments from suppliers including materials receipts and invoice validations, and outbound shipments (including international shipments), and verify they are properly documented, arranged, and accounted for. Ensure consistent levels of excellence in all aspects of spare parts inventory control. Conduct periodic assessments of safety stock and rounding value levels for all stocked items to minimize stockouts and overstock conditions. Maintain address and Point of Contact for all outbound delivery destinations. Execute the internal sourcing program process, including required periodic master data updates to ensure new inventory overages are identified, and other initiatives to contain growth in spare part inventory holdings above what is required for safe & reliable operation of Messer assets. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Skills: High School Diploma Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing/inventory management Other qualifications: Working experience with an Inventory tracking system, SAP preferred.
