JOB SUMMARY:

 

To perform skilled repairs and building maintenance of district facilities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent education, training, and experience that provides the required abilities and skills. Preference for a person who can demonstrate strong plumbing and mechanical skills and experience working in a school or similar commercial like setting.  Priority given to applicants who have experience in steam or hydronic heating systems, backflow testing, or irrigation systems. Demonstrated ability or ability to obtain competence in preventative maintenance practices for all facilities, which may include carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC, and other appropriate skills. Must have a valid Washington state drivers license.  Preference for applicants who have experience operating equipment such as loaders, lawn mowers, utility vehicles, and man-lifts.
