THE COMPANY

MCA is a leading third-party National Merchandising Company. MCA services retailers and consumer packaged goods companies across Canada and the United States, offering merchandising, sales, price collection, retail audits, store renovations and so much more.

THE OPPORTUNITY

MCA is seeking experienced Merchandisers to reset industry leading cosmetic brands in a number of well-known grocery stores in Burlington, VT and surrounding areas, starting May, 2024.

  • Set all cosmetic brands according to new planograms

  • Move cosmetic back walls, if required

  • Place any new fixtures, graphics & UPC strips and order any missing items

  • Take before & after photos to showcase your great work

  • Report via the MCA website

  • Broaden your skills and knowledge while contributing to an exceptional team and client

  • Build strong relationships and connections along the way

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are dependable, hardworking, and punctual, an individual who can work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to read, understand & interpret planograms/modulars is an essential requirement

  • Cosmetic Merchandising experience is a definite asset

  • Always maintains a professional attitude and appearance

  • Pays attention to detail

  • Has access to a computer for reporting

  • Merchandisers must have reliable transportation to get to & from a cluster of stores

  • Must be prepared to drive to areas 1-2 hours away within VT
