Microsoft Corporation Principal Partner Product Manager - Diagnostic Imaging in Burlington, Massachusetts

Microsoft’s Health & Life Sciences Solutions product team is aspiring to disrupt diagnostic imaging workflows to deliver a step change in productivity and to help address physician shortage, leveraging generative AI capabilities. We are seeking an experienced Principal Partner Product Manager - Diagnostic Imaging to lead strategic partner initiatives for our flagship Diagnostic products, ensuring its continued market dominance and expanding growth opportunities. This critical role involves establishing, managing, and growing a partner program to drive revenue growth through engagement with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in Diagnostic Imaging market segment.

This candidate will play a key role in transitioning partners to a Common API technology and business model, driving adoption of reporting platform API (Plug-in) capabilities for 3P copilot experiences, and driving the adoption of generative AI radiology copilot use cases within the partner product portfolio. With a focus on strategic partnerships and revenue generation, this position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in technology partner programs and a deep understanding of diagnostic imaging domain and API business models.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Program Development: Lead the setup and management of a partner program designed to provide consistent engagement and management for our valued partners.

  • Drives effective and transparent communication with partners for the best partner/customer experience.

  • Market Growth: In partnership with the strategy team, engage ISVs and foster strategic partnerships that contribute to the overall diagnostic business growth.

  • API Transition: Drive partners' transition from legacy APIs to the Common API technology and business model, facilitating a seamless technology uplift. Maximize growth opportunities through expansion of platform capabilities.

  • Plug-In Framework: Utilize platform API capabilities to grow adoption of 3P copilot experiences. Work closely with strategy leads, product managers, Go to Market (GTM) leads and ISVs to capitalize on the potential of the reporting platform Plug-In APIs and enhance overall market presence.

  • Generative AI Adoption: Spearhead partner engagement for near term adoption of generative AI radiology copilot use cases and experiences. Collaborate with partners to drive innovation and create value for end-users.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering AND 8+ years’ experience in product/program management

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years’ experience in diagnostic imaging product management

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA Preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in managing AI products/solutions.

  • Subject Matter Expert in diagnostic radiology workflow.

  • Proven experience in developing and managing successful partner programs in the technology sector.

  • Subject Matter Expert in API business models and technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
