Nestle Sales Rep OOH in Brussels, Belgium

Position Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for the commercial development of Nestlé Waters OOH for Horeca customers and Wholesalers. He/she is in charge of acquiring new national accounts and developing existing (inter)national accounts for the ‘Horeca’ Channel. He/she executes the channel strategy and implements commercial and marketing activities to (over)-achieve yearly objectives whilst not exceeding the yearly agreed budgets. In the end, he/she ensures the profitability of his/her total customer portfolio. There will be a strong focus on portfolio growth, so the ideal candidate must have a strong natural curiosity to develop new business, both in existing as new strategic channels. A strong relevant network in the Luxembourg horeca business is therefore a plus.

Important: we are looking for a candidate that can travel on a daily basis.

A day in the life of a Field Sales Representative

  • You will visit medium and large size clients daily and act as a Nestlé ambassador for all its brands within the OOH segment.

  • You will follow up and report on client visits, sales performance and the market.

  • Acquire new accounts by activating your prospection plan and leveraging your network

  • Develop existing accounts by setting a clear account plan & strategy

  • Area- management of Horeca wholesalers: maintain and built relationships with customers in the area / territory, by realizing the agreed visit frequency & number of clients. Keep client database up to date. Focus point on Partnerships @ wholesalers & organizing joint meetings with their Sales reps.

  • Analyze and know the market, future trends and developments by a hands-on approach and a strong network of important market actors, trendsetters and decision makers

  • Bring the right value speech and offer all support needed to convince prospects to sign up for Nestlé Waters.

  • You will be responsible for creating the adequate routing plan to reach the set objectives.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor or master’s degree, or equivalent by experience.

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of sales experience with proven track in previous sales roles. Other business experiences are an asset

  • Fluent in French and good knowledge of English and a conversational level of German is a plus.

  • Being passionate, ambitious, and having a commercial drive.

  • You can work autonomously, you can negotiate and you have excellent planning and organizational skills.

  • Must be able to create a network within the Horeca channel and wholesalers in Luxembourg.

  • You are customer focused and able to manage your priorities.

  • You have an analytical mindset with the desire to learn and grow with the company.

  • You can process and prioritize and handle the mass of information and tasks that you’ll receive to manage your routing, agenda, and projects accordingly the priorities.

  • You have a driver's license.
