Independent Living Association Inc. Maintenance Worker in Brooklyn, New York

Responsible for the safety and sanitation in the residences; cleaning and disinfecting of all clients bedrooms daily. Responsible for small plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs; for vacuuming waxing and maintain all furniture and other wood surfaces; for sweeping, mopping, waxing floors as required on a daily basis; for removing all trash and garbage from building. Responsible for painting rooms when required. Checks water temperature daily.

Requirements: HS diploma/GED required; Valid Drivers' License required; 1-3 years experience as maintenance worker preferred.
