We currently have an opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Property Management Operations division. The team is integral to the overall digital service delivery to Property Management staff across the Pacific region.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
Reporting to the Associate Director-PM Digital Platform, this role will join a team of business/systems analysts in the support & development of the Property Management digital teams operating platforms:
Assist with the successful operation and ongoing enhancement of our operations technology platforms
Engage with stakeholders to understand, translate and document their functional requirements into system requirements for development
Document system development and associated user guides in association with the training team, as well as coordinate and perform development testing as required
Project management and/or business analysis as required
Manage multiple developments concurrently
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
Previous experience as a BA, and Tertiary qualification in Business/Accounting/Computer Science
Working knowledge of SQL and an understanding of Agile project management methodology
Experience or exposure to Azure DevOps or associated team collaboration software
Intermediate skill level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Power BI, Excel and Teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused, whilst managing multiple tasks and able to meet deadlines
Good communication skills – verbal and written and a flexible attitude in dealing with stakeholders
Knowledge of commercial property management and accounting practices will be advantageous
