Join our team as a Steward, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen and dining areas. From sanitizing kitchen equipment and prep areas to heavy-duty cleaning of ovens and hoods, your meticulous attention to detail will ensure a safe and pristine environment for food preparation. Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, stoves, grills, prep tables, etc.

  • Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area, floors and walls.

  • Completes other duties as assigned.

  • Heavy duty cleaning of ovens, hoods, grills sinks, wall, floors and other heavy equipment.

  • Vacuum carpeted areas throughout the food and beverage outlets.

  • Wash tile floors in all food and beverage areas.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

  • Must be able to communicate respectfully and work in a team atmosphere.

  • Must be able to read, write and comprehend English.

  • Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
