Lifetime Destinations Maintenance Technician - Branson's Nantucket in Branson, Missouri

We're seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team and take charge of repairing and operating our plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical systems. You'll also work on exciting special projects and new construction to ensure that our company's properties meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all properties and equipment to keep them in top condition

  • Conduct inspections on all resort units before guest arrival to ensure a seamless experience for our guests

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with properties and equipment and determine the best repair or replacement strategies

  • Install new equipment and systems as needed to keep our facilities running smoothly

  • Participate in special projects such as flooring, painting, drywall, power washing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, framing, pool & hot tub maintenance, concrete, or other general maintenance or construction projects

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other related fields desired.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.

  • Capable of reading and accurately interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as well as being able to stand, walk, or bend for extended periods of time.
