Executive Director of Business Operations- CFS

Hybrid- Candidate location preferred: Eastern United States.

Oversees the implementation of standardized systems to streamline processes related to quality improvement, compliance, customer service, and general operational systems to facilitate quality, efficiency and organic business growth. Responsible for the development and assessment of key performance indicators and the coordination of projects that directly involve implementation of systems that streamline operational systems, while ensuring alignment among key company stakeholders.

  • Coordinate procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes

  • Developing and implementing effective KPIs to measure performance

  • Creating performance reports and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders

  • Collaborating with team members to develop and implement solutions to improve business performance

  • Conducting research and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the industry

  • Providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to inform decision-making

  • Establish standardized systems related to particular levers or key indicators to create synergy and efficiency in business systems and process

  • Recommend and participate in the development and performance management of operational leaders

  • Participate in developing organizational structure that facilitates efficient and effective operational activities

  • Assist with growing the business including but not limited to research, acquisition support and preparing requests for proposals

  • Identify, coordinate and implement strategies to develop leaders at multiple levels of the organization as assigned.

  • Lead or coordinate cross-functional teams in project execution or other process improvement initiatives, and is prepared to make recommendations or support with operationalizing next steps for timely delivery

  • Perform operations leader responsibilities to manage operations and oversee service delivery, strategic planning, leadership, vision, growth and development, financial management and profitability, employee supervision, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, stakeholder relations, lobbying and advocacy as assigned.

  • Perform other related duties and activities as required

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional experience managing business operations

  • Minimum eight years of related experience required

  • Experience with healthcare or human services preferred

  • Alignment with the Company’s mission and our commitment to the people we serve and the services we provide

  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.

  • Ability to work strategic and collaboratively across departments.

  • Strong business acumen, with broad understanding of all aspects of business, including finance, marketing, and sales
