St. Luke's Health System Program Coordinator 1 - Service Line in Boise, Idaho
Overview
The Service Line Program Coordinator 1 is responsible for the collection, review and reporting of clinical and other required data to support performance improvement, strategic decision making, communication and education.
What You Can Expect:
Close collaboration with physicians, APPs, clinical staff, and hospital staff across the health system.
Facilitate the improvement of patient care pathways and increase access for patients.
Partner with orthopedic program manager(s) to achieve strategic service line goals.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates collection, Review, and reporting of patient outcomes and process metrics.
Research data and best available evidence related to designated services and assist clinical staff in developing clinical practice guidelines.
Develops action plans and process improvement implementation based on analysis of data.
Serves as point-of-contact for data reporting.
Engages with leadership and other relevant stakeholders for purposes of quality/process improvement advancing program effectiveness, and management of change.
Collect, aggregate, report, and analyze relevant data.
Create and maintain reports, as assigned.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's Degree or 2 years additional relevant experience in lieu of Associate's Degree
Experience: 2 years healthcare related experience
