St. Luke's Health System Program Coordinator 1 - Service Line in Boise, Idaho

Overview

The Service Line Program Coordinator 1 is responsible for the collection, review and reporting of clinical and other required data to support performance improvement, strategic decision making, communication and education.

What You Can Expect:

  • Close collaboration with physicians, APPs, clinical staff, and hospital staff across the health system.

  • Facilitate the improvement of patient care pathways and increase access for patients.

  • Partner with orthopedic program manager(s) to achieve strategic service line goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates collection, Review, and reporting of patient outcomes and process metrics.

  • Research data and best available evidence related to designated services and assist clinical staff in developing clinical practice guidelines.

  • Develops action plans and process improvement implementation based on analysis of data.

  • Serves as point-of-contact for data reporting.

  • Engages with leadership and other relevant stakeholders for purposes of quality/process improvement advancing program effectiveness, and management of change.

  • Collect, aggregate, report, and analyze relevant data.

  • Create and maintain reports, as assigned.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's Degree or 2 years additional relevant experience in lieu of Associate's Degree

  • Experience: 2 years healthcare related experience

  • Licenses/Certifications: None
