Missouri Slope Grill Line Cook - 1418 in Bismarck, North Dakota
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus!
20 hours per week
4:00pm - 7pm on week days and 10:30am - 7:00pm on weekends. (Washington St Campus)
Includes rotating weekends and holidays
Duties:
- Assist in overseeing and preparing food in proper quantity and quality to meet menu requirements for residents, staff, and special events
- Know correct food temperatures and sanitary practices
- Interpret production schedules and know portion control
- Provide supervisory duties in the absence of Cooks, Nutritional Services Coordinators, and Directors
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
