Sevita Business Development Representative in Birmingham, Alabama
Alabama Mentor , a part of the Sevita family , provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system. Foster Care Business Development Representative
Salary range - $50,000 - $75,000/year based on experience PLUS Bonus!
Location - Greater Birmingham, Alabama
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Business Development/Marketing Representative. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering community relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to recruit and retain foster parents.
This position requires a blend of business acumen, community engagement skills, and marketing expertise to promote our mission of providing safe and nurturing homes for children in need. You will be responsible for networking with potential foster families with the goal of generating interest in participating in our foster program within Greater Birmingham (and other areas, as needed).
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required
3-5 years foster care experience preferred
Ability to travel within designated territory
Ability to work non-traditional schedule
