JOB SUMMARY

About The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Manager of HR Technology to join our team and play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing our processes through the evolution of technological capabilities across the HR eco-system to support enterprise HR Strategies. Central to this role is the ability to serve as an internal consultant and solution provider to COEs on the strategic use of Oracle-based capabilities as a solution. You will be a key player in collaborating with stakeholders, translating diverse needs into system requirements, and implementing efficient solutions using that uses Oracle HCM as the central footprint. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively partner with the respective COE to understand their needs and challenges and translate them into detailed system requirements that accurately capture their desired functionalities and outcomes.

  • Work closely with the Director of HR Technology to evaluate technical complexity of requirements to help inform the HRT team’s roadmap, provide insights and recommendations on solutions to address short-term and long-term needs.

  • Utilize technical expertise to configure and manage modules, features, and capability within the system, ensuring they align with business needs.

Core Work Activities

  • Partner with the Director of HR Technology to gather detailed product requirements from designated partners to inform roadmap items.

  • Clearly communicate complex system concepts to diverse audiences, fostering understanding and buy-in.

  • Partner with the Director of Technology to evaluate technical complexity of requirements ensuring critical requirements and scalable solutions for the end user are identified.

  • Design, build, and functionally configure within Oracle HCM and connected platforms as appropriate to deliver solutions.

  • Test new configurations and work with partners to write user stories and acceptance test criteria for features and detailed functional & nonfunctional requirements for the configuration and engineering efforts.

  • Assist with plan delivery, integration & test, and post-launch support for all the elements required in product delivery and operation working with applicable teams.

  • Maintain and optimize existing processes and workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Partner with COE teams to navigate cyclical events as applicable including documentation, testing, system preparation, and ongoing support.

  • Identify and proactively address potential issues, escalate as needed, and ensure timely delivery of programs.

  • Collaborate across teams, and creatively solve problems to constructively balance priorities and overcome or remove blockers required to successfully deliver a new product or feature to meet the needs of end users.

  • Drive continuous improvement by applying agile principles to design, develop, and deliver compensation programs efficiently.

  • Analyze processes and identify opportunities for simplification and optimization, leading to more efficient delivery.

  • Actively seek and implement innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Education & Experience

  • Effective experience designing, building, and delivering solutions with Oracle HCM and adjacent technologies for the prescribed area of focus.

  • Proven track record of successfully executing cyclical and seasonal events.

  • Strong proficiency in creating Fast Formulas for advanced data manipulation and calculations is preferred.

  • Always maintains a positive attitude, especially if strategy and process improvement recommendations are met with resistance and disagreement; effective at addressing difficult issues and guiding others toward the accomplishment of identified goals.

  • Understand SAAS HR solutions; sound understanding of databases and supporting systems.

  • Embraces technology and other innovative solutions to increase workflow efficiency and quality.

  • Comfortable challenging organizational norms and accepted thinking to improve effectiveness.

  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills, combined with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

  • Ability to translate diverse inputs into actionable plans and deliver tangible outcomes.

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and implement innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multitasking effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
