Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience in agreement management and negotiation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with program managers, data scientists, engineers, technical program managers, and external vendors.

  • Ability to operate in a high-paced, changing work environment.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, manage time efficiently, and navigate ambiguity.

  • Excellent team player and people management skills.

  • Excellent detail-oriented, problem-solving, and investigative skills.

  • Perform data analysis and execute data informed initiatives that will improve our internal stakeholder experience and drive business growth.

  • Collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and work with a variety of internal/external, local/global stakeholders, share best practices, alignment of processes and prototyping of new initiatives.

  • Work as a member of a team, collaborating closely together and help out with operational tasks.

  • Collaborate with vendors to define compliance expectations, build partnerships based on transparency and shared success.
