  1. 根据主营区域重点产品和FE方案发展需要,以可持续的高质量业务需求为目的,制定并执行核心作物植物营养和生物类产品技术本地化探索项目,设计并提供核心作物相关产品全解决程方案;

  2. 带领田间农艺师团队,和IFS团队、区域营销团队通力合作,开展所负责核心作物相关产品和FE方案的技术本地化探索项目的方案设计、实施规划、田间试验指导等;

  3. 负责相关作物技术本地化探索项目试验搜集、试验数据分析和项目报告整理,并形成结论;

  4. 负责相关作物植物营养和生物制剂应用技术培训及本地化技术探索结论的培训,向相关营销团队赋能;

  5. 负责相关作物技术本地化推广方案LPD 及相关产品的技术指导和价值展示支持;

  6. 在所在区域内,协助公司其他CTSM所负责试验实施的支持

Qualifications

  1. 本科以上学历,具有农业技术和管理相关专业;

  2. 具有所负责核心作物栽培、植物营养、生物类产品等相关知识的储备和管理经验;

  3. 具有所负责核心作物生物制剂全程解决方案试验设计和相关全品类产品本地化技术开发能力;

  4. 具有基于事实与数据的严谨分析和判断的能力;

  5. 具有3年以上团队管理经验及部门协作能力;

  6. 具有良好的中文沟通能力和基本的英语基础。
