Job Description

The main tasks of this internship include:

  • Assist on technical project reviews including the follow-up of the progress and the plannings, and make the report on weekly basis;

  • Assist on the maintenance of the CMS system and the collection and analysis of the CMS data for different internal functions;

  • Be responsible of the project meeting arrangement with meeting minutes drafting;

  • Communicate effectively across diverse audiences;

  • Work in a multi-cultural environment

  • Other tasks required by the program manager including but not limited to project

related documentation updating etc.

Complementary Description

  • Good communication skills: understand correctly and express properly;

  • Proficient in Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel etc.

  • Good self-learning capability;

  • Active observation, active communication, active feedback;

  • Excellent oral and written English skills,French will be a plus;

  • Familiar with “Project Libre” will be plus;

  • Familiar with JavaScript language will be plus
