Energy Programs Construction Laborer - Pro Action is hiring a Construction Laborer. This is a 37.5 hour per week entry level position that comes with a competitive benefits package and the potential for advancement based on performance.Relevant job-related experience in construction or a related field is required for this position. A valid driver’s license meeting agency standards and your own transportation to travel to state mandated training is required. Must complete and pass a physical examination and criminal background check.The Construction Laborer will be required to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., crawl, climb ladders and use hand and power tools. Must be comfortable working in confined spaces and various other construction related conditions. Must have a valid driver’s license that meets agency standards and your own transportation to travel to state mandated training.Must be able to maximize efficient use of time and resources and work as a team to help meet contracts accordingly. Must comply with all rules and regulations including Weatherization, Empower and BPI safety procedures.
