THE DUTIES INCLUDE:Assist the Recruitment Manager in designing and executing recruiting strategy including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer negotiation. Assist in conducting Pre-Screening Interviews, and document the potential candidate’s specific preferences such as, availability, rate and location. Coordinating and assisting in scheduling technical client interviews, including candidate interview preparation and debriefing. Strategizing innovative ideas to attract top talent in the market. Assist in on-boarding and orientation of new employees, performing background checks on applicants and composing offer letters. Attend various recruiting related events (career fairs, developer conferences, technical meetups). Review and understand technical job requirements. Assist in identifying candidates to fill internal and client openings through cold calling, lead generation, internet recruiting and referral generation. Assist in researching new technologies.APPLICANT MUST HAVE:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or HR related. 2 years of experience in technical recruiting in the IT industry. Position requires expertise in staff augmentation, recruiting, client relationship, market research, good understanding of various technical technologies such as DevOps, Cloud, JAVA/J2EE, Oracle etc, VMO tools, and use of external job portals.Travel/Relocation to various Collabera Offices in the United States
