Responsibility:

•To perform manufacturing duties to the best of your ability, maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

•Hands on experience on managing production in line.

•Responsible for manpower planning, allocation, leave management and training and appraisals of team members in the line as per self-managed team concept.

•Responsible for production planning, material planning and allocation of resources as per shift schedule.

•Coordination with project management team, planning and procurement team to meet the delivery schedule.

•Carrying out the wire & cable harness, Fiber optics and connectors manufacturing process as per COP/IPC/Standard Procedure.

•Demonstrate care and attention to assemble the company products from component level to final build stage, as per the instructions.

•Maintain current product quality and make recommendations deriving alternate process methods to improve quality/productivity.

•Continue to increase productivity levels to meet company targets, whilst maintaining quality standards.

•Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives like Kaizens and other improvement projects in line.

•Responsible for maintaining 5S and updating of autonomous maintenance records and production records as per set frequency.

•Have awareness on the chemicals used in the assembly lines. Understand & follow the EHS requirement as per TE guidelines.

•Responsible for ensuring safe working environment and usage of PPEs in the line.

•Support analyzing and reducing Defects, Customer complaints and Line NCs

•Continue to increase knowledge of all company products through job

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education/Knowledge:

•BE/ B. Tech (Electronic, Electrical/ Mechanical, Mechatronics)

•Minimum 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing and assembly of connectors, Fiber optics and harness.

Technical Competencies

•SAP PP Module

Problem solving skills.

•Basics of Harness, Fiber optics.
