Job Summary:

Coordinate and collaborate with the executive team and leadership staff to support strategic projects, drive actionable planning, service delivery, productivity, outcome accountability and clear communication on initiatives and daily operational activities. Discover, interpret, and communicate significant patterns in data to help leadership gain insights and meaning for decision making. Oversee the deployment and enhancement of an innovative culture and capabilities.

Essential Leadership Responsibilities:

Essential to being a member of Cummins' Leadership Team involves incorporating the following essential leadership responsibilities in all actions:

  4. Feedback-Informed:Maintain communication networks with community stakeholder and internal employees; Consider feedback to drive enhanced performance.

Essential Functions:

Regular and reliable attendance is necessary to perform the following essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Data Analytic Systems:Develop, implement, and maintain leading analytic systems that cultivate data as a strategic business asset.
  • System Development: Create data reports consistent with organizational key performance indicators, benchmarks, and other data metrics used to guide organizational decision-making.
  • System Oversight:Ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's data analytics system.
  • System Accessibility:Create and ensure user-friendly access and visibility to key reports including organizational benchmarks, dashboard reports and other leading and lagging measures of success.
  • System Validity:Ensure data analytics systems are robust and capable of providing accurate data for leaders to use in data-driven decision-making.

2.Data Analysis and Leading Data Analysis Initiatives:

  • Identify trends and growth opportunities by analyzing complex data sets.
  • Evaluate internal systems for efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Apply data-driven analytics to improve clinical and business operations.
  • Lead data analysis initiatives that assist organizational leaders in better understanding data implications.

3.Innovation and Strategic Thinking:Build innovation capabilities and integrate them into the corporate culture.

  • Identify innovation trends and business opportunities within the market.
  • Effectively use graphs, infographics, and contemporary methods to visually represent data in a memorable, meaningful way.
  • Oversee innovative projects (such as rapid improvement events) to improve efficiency and enhance quality of care and services provided.
  • Maintain acute awareness of industry trends, research best practices, network with centers of excellence, and provide trategic recommendations and cost/benefit analyses of new initiatives to executive team and leadership staff.

4.Collaborative Member of the Leadership Team:

  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Team and other leaders to influence organizational data capabilities and competencies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with staff to collect and analyze data.
  • Recommend changes in approaches, methods, services, and processes to enhance competitiveness and improve organizational efficiencies.
  • Engage with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify areas of innovation and growth to drive initiatives that align business processes with innovative thinking.
  • Attend Leadership Council, Systems, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance Council meetings.

5.Project Management and Oversight: Engage in project management with accountability to deliverables as assigned.

  • Oversee Grant project deliverables, assure compliance with grant evaluation, and sustainability of programming.

Education and/or Experience:

  1. Master's Degree in social work, healthcare administration or other related field is preferred.
  2. Master's degree in data science, statistics, information technology or another related field is preferred.
  3. Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a leadership role with behavioral and primary healthcare integration experience, preferred
