ALLIANCE-TEXAS ENGINEERING CO Schematic and Environmental Lead - Transportation in Austin, Texas

The Schematic and Environmental Lead:

  • Leads large project teams in marketing, winning and successfully delivering complex Schematic and Environmental Projects
  • Manages project metrics such as profit, net revenue, staff utilization, AP. Fosters client relationships.
  • Provides technical and engineering support, including technical proposals, contract design, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinates design and environmental tasks to obtain project approvals and environmental clearance.
  • Responsible for performance of project staff. Mentors and develops team members.
  • Actively participates in sourcing, attracting, and selecting talent.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering or related field.
  • PE License in Texas or ability to acquire same within 3 months.
  • 15 or more years of progressive experience performing engineering duties similar to those listed above with 4 of those years managing projects. Particular consideration is given to experience with project management, schematic design, and coordination of environmental and public involvement tasks.
  • Must pass background and driver's record check.

Desired Qualifications:

  • TxDOT precertification in applicable categories.

This position can be located in any of ATG's Texas offices.
