Unit Description

Sodexo Campus is seeking a Membership Sales Manager in Austin, TX . The University of Texas Football Stadium is one of the most iconic venues in college sports history. We take pride in providing an exceptional game day experience to our fans and alumni. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Sales Manager to join our team with 1883 Provisions, a Sodexo company. This individual will play a pivotal role in selling stadium memberships for the University of Texas Football Stadium.

Responsibilities:

As the Membership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of stadium memberships, as well as contributing to the growth and success of the University of Texas Football Stadium.

Membership Sales:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive membership sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.

  • Identify and target potential members, including alumni, fans, and corporate partners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current members to ensure renewals and upsell opportunities.

  • Create compelling membership packages and benefits to attract new members.

Partnership Development:

  • Collaborate with University Schools and Departments to identify partnership opportunities.

  • Negotiate and secure partnerships that align with the stadium's goals and values.

  • Develop customized partnership packages to maximize mutual benefits.

  • Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Organize and oversee membership events, including exclusive game day experiences, receptions, and networking opportunities.

  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution and member satisfaction.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of events to enhance the overall member experience.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on membership and partnership performance, including revenue, retention, and engagement metrics.

  • Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales and partnership strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally in the sports or entertainment industry.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of University of Texas and its culture is a plus.
