Manage end-to-end operational aspects of Center for Teaching and Learn and cross-unit Academic Affairs projects of varying size, scope and scale; coordinates project plans including project life cycle, budgets, resource requirements, change management processes, risk management, key milestones, communication mechanisms, and deliverables; create and maintain quality project documentation and assets.Work closely with designated stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress; prepare detailed reports on project progress with stakeholders to include project plans, barriers and solutions, milestones, financial costs/projections, and analyses. Ensure project deliverables are complete, properly formatted, and sent to key stakeholders.In collaboration with portfolio colleagues, contribute to the establishment of sustainable, effective, and clear protocols for project management, including project templates and evaluation procedures. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, University policies, rules, and regulations.Develop, strengthen, and cultivate effective working relationships with project sponsors, portfolio colleagues, and teams to ensure cross-team communication, transparency, consistency, and successful achievement of project goals and outcomes.
