Design and coordinate evaluations of computing and STEM education related programs in collaboration with the EPIC evaluation services team.Collaborate with external organizations (e.g., colleges, research centers, data depositories) and internal partners (e.g., EPIC staff) to obtain data for analysis.Assist EPIC staff and clients with Institutional Review Board process and documentation.Conduct quantitative research (e.g., survey design, descriptive statistics, inferential statistics) and qualitative research (e.g., interviews, classroom observations, content analysis).Create data visualizations and briefs to communicate evaluation findings to multiple audiences.Contribute to the EPIC research/evaluation team, collaborating on research and publications with faculty, staff, and graduate research assistants.Disseminate research and evaluation results at national and regional conferences in coordination with research/project team.Develop evaluation component of grant proposals in coordination with potential clients and EPIC evaluation services team.
