Our client is looking for a Korean/English speaking Admin Assistant to join their team. Qualified candidates need to have several years of general office tasks, such as entering data, bookkeeping, and maintaining office equipment, experience. Also candidate for this position is expected to support Long Term (LT)/Short Term (ST) Expats from HQ with various requests and services. Duties Include: - Invoicing using N-ERP system for vendor payments; rental cars, hotels, corporate housing, etc. - LT/ST Expats Cell Phone Support, such as USIM activation - LT/ST Expats Meal fund account registration and monthly funding - LT/ST Expats GHR/NT ID support for the departments who do not have an admin in the team - IT services support, including desktop and landline phone set up, printer card - Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence for any service requests and to communicate with others, including vendors and LT/ST Expats

salary: $23 - $28 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Must speak English/Korean

  • Must be eligible to work in US

  • Prefer General Affair or HR related experiences

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & PPT.

  • Strong work ethic.

  • Be a self-starter with problem solving skills.
