As the Quality Supervisor you will be responsible to lead the QA Associates to ensure the production of high-quality products at the lowest cost, while meeting the demands of our customers.

Job Related Functions and Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in QA testing and record-keeping

  • Oversee and enforce proper sanitation and housekeeping procedures

  • Monitor all Coca-Cola, Federal and State communications

  • Assist operations management with process equipment and product/package troubleshooting and innovation

  • Responsible for overall safety of personnel within the department

  • Safeguard departmental & organizational compliance with company policies and procedures.

Education and Requirements

  • High School, General Education Diploma

  • Bachelors' Degree Preferred

  • Minimum 3-5 Years' experience

Additional Skills and Technical Capabilities

  • Keen knowledge of the principles of manufacturing

  • Working knowledge of national, state, and local regulatory requirements in the areas of food safety, safety, environment, and emergency management.

  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices-CFR21

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications

  • Knowledge of HACCP
