Job Summary:

TheCustomerServiceManager leads and manages contract administration and order management activities including contract administration, customer service and order fulfillmentutilizingCrane Aerospace & Electronics common policies and procedures. TheCustomer ServiceManageris responsible formanaging the Contracts Administration and Order Management teams, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to adhere to Crane Aerospace & Electronics Group business processes and that customer service excellence is achieved in the mostcost-effectivemanner.

Essential Functions:

  • Review andvalidatebookings data ina timelyfashion to support payment of sales commissionsin accordance withthe definedprocess.

  • Produce and manage metrics thatdemonstratecontinuous improvement activities for customer satisfaction.

  • Manage customer set assignments to balance workload andmaintainability to effectively satisfy customer and organization requirements.

  • Responsible for customer satisfactionrelativeto the order fulfillment process including common processes, standardworkand tools.

  • Enter andmanage orders and reschedules.

  • Any other task assigned by supervisor or management.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Experience:5+ years’relatedexperience in an aerospace industry.3+ years ofpreviousmanagement experience in an aerospace industry.

  • Knowledge:Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Extensive knowledge and experience with Lean.

  • Skills/Abilities:Demonstratedability to plan andaccomplishgoals based on extensive experience and judgment. Demonstrated ADVANCED skills inall ofthe following responsibilities: employee development, team building, business acumen, continuous improvement, systems and tools, project management and Communication (written and verbal).

  • Education/Certification:BSin Businessor relatedfield.

  • Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Top Benefits:

Salary range: $97,900 to $125,800 . Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
