Engineered Materials Solutions Clean Room Packer in Attleboro, Massachusetts

1st Shift Clean Room Packer (experience in a clean room helpful but not necessary) $2,000 sign-on bonus!, plus Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO and more! EMS is looking for candidates who like to work in a team atmosphere, are highly motivated, dependable and able to work in a fast paced environment. Position Summary:   In a sterile environment in a manufacturing (non-medical) clean room, the packer is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging metal material to prepare for final packing.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect material for dust and contaminants.  

  • Accurately label metal coils for identification

  • Operate table lift and sealer machine

  • Use hand-held tools

  • Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping and cleanliness in the area.

  • Wear all required clean room PPE

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Education and Experience:

  • High School or Equivalency Diploma

  • Basic shop math skills

  • Manual dexterity and attention-to-detail required

  • Prior class 8 clean room experience preferred

  • Ability to read and understand written instructions in English

    Physical Demands:

  • Standing for long periods of time

  • Lifting up to 5 lbs
