Job Description

The VP of Operations will provide strategic direction and leadership for the operations of multiple orthopedic medical facilities, ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives, implement and enforce performance expectations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all locations, and hold supervisors and their direct reports accountable for meeting and exceeding these expectations. This person must utilize Salesforce and other reporting tools to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to supervisors and team members, as well as coach and mentor location supervisors to enhance their leadership skills and improve team performance, provide guidance and support in resolving operational challenges and addressing employee issues. The VP of Operations will streamline operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and enhance the patient experience, identify opportunities for automation and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement, and oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of service, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards across all locations, and implement quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of care and patient satisfaction. This person must be local and willing to report onsite 5 days/week to their Chamblee, GA location.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in a similar leadership role within the healthcare industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and implement performance expectations and KPIs, with a track record of coaching and counseling teams to exceed expectations.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Electronic Health Record systems, and Microsoft Office products.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving results.

  • Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed. - Master's Degree.

  • Proficiency in NextGen Electronic Health Record systems

  • Prior orthopedic healthcare industry experience. null
