**[Staff Services Manager (Sandy Springs, GA) - Full Time [Supervise the work of the restaurant and surrounding premises, servers, bartenders, administrative, and customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures. Provide employees with guidance in handlingproblems or in resolving escalated complaints. Review reports about restaurant activities such as production payroll, monitor work activities, or evaluate performance. Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems. Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and office or administrative staff duty assignments. Recruit, interview, and select employees. Interpret and communicate work procedures and restaurant policies to staff. Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action. Train or instruct employees in job duties or company policies or arrange for training to be provided. Compute figures such as balances, totals, or commissions. Make recommendations to management concerning matters such as staffing decisions or procedural changes. Develop or update procedures, policies, or standards. Maintain inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, or machine maintenance records. Consult with managers or other personnel to resolve problems such as equipment performance or work schedules. Develop work schedules according to budgets and workloads. Analyze financial activities of the restaurant and provide input into budget planning and preparation processes. Keep informed of provisions of labor-management agreements and their effects on departmental operations. Coordinate or perform activities associated with receiving food supplies and products for the restaurant. Monitor inventory levels and requisition or purchase supplies as needed. Arrange for necessary maintenance or repair work.
