Analyze user needs and technical business requirements to recommend software products to address and resolve mobility challenges and simplify mobility for organizations. Develop, configure, and deploy software solutions to improve enterprise mobility management software and optimize operational efficiency. Test, maintain, and monitor software systems and applications, including coordinating the installation and configuration of new systems and components. Support both mobile application and console implementation efforts including application configuration, testing, issue resolution, and server installations including all relevant third party technical components. In connection with the above duties, apply knowledge and/or skills of working in a consulting/IT services organization in a customer facing role providing post-launch technical support to customers for mobile application and console implementations, managing and troubleshooting customer software issues, supporting software quality assurance activities including testing and documentation of product issues, supporting server installations of MDM console and authentication tools including LDAP or SAML. Up to 40% domestic travel required to various, unanticipated client site locations.
