TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Tax Analyst in Atlanta, GA.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Handles relationship between TKE and tax vendor to ensure proper handling of all tax obligations and timely resolution of agency notices. Responsible for maintaining correct employee tax setups in ADP Enterprise for all employees across all 50 states and Puerto Rico, which includes maintaining the project tax table for proper taxation of our union population Works with Payroll Tax Supervisor and TKE GmbH to ensure proper taxation of inbound and outbound expatriate employees. Contacts tax agencies to apply for and set up new tax IDs, as needed, to remain current with changing tax obligations. Serves as liaison between TKE and various tax agencies to resolve payroll tax related issues timely. Works with tax vendor to ensure all quarterly, annual returns and W2s are processed and remitted timely. Maintains meaningful metrics associated with Payroll Tax Processes timely AP requests and returns for any tax payments not supported by tax vendor to ensure remittance by agency deadline. Performs monthly and quarterly audits on system to ensure data integrity and resolves any discrepancies that would negatively impact company tax returns. Serves as subject matter expert on all payroll tax related matters. Assists Corporate Accounting with reconciliation of payroll tax account balances. Responsible for recording, monitoring, and resolving agency tax notices and tracers with 3rd party provider and government agencies, as well as validating all agency responses. Handles data entry to adjust taxes and/or wages and works with tax vendor to amend previously filed payroll tax returns based on those adjustments. Provides annual salary, bonus and commission for year-to-date wages and taxes related to relocation charge/reimbursement. Reviews third party sick pay and ensure appropriate reporting. Support and educate employees on tax related questions. Answer tax compliance and general questions from employees and agencies. Ensure compliance and accuracy while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax issues related to Federal, State and Local tax compliance.
