Inspire Brands Compensation Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia

This Compensation Analyst is accountable for delivering analytical and strategic support for the company’s diverse compensation programs. The incumbent will actively participate in the design, assessment, and execution of the company’s compensation strategies. Additionally, the role will contribute to the management and audit of employee compensation data, as well as various operational tasks for compensation programs and processes. The role will play a critical role in year-end processes, regular processing cycles, and period/monthly HR reporting. Additionally, the position will assist in communicating reward programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compile and disseminate regular and ad hoc reports and analyses for the compensation team

  • Develop metrics and frameworks to enhance the efficacy of compensation programs

  • Track and report on various pay programs, including bonus and merit; ensure payments are accurate and timely

  • Maintain accurate employee compensation data in the appropriate systems; perform routine audits on employee compensation data

  • Maintain accurate system setup for incentive and merit programs; assist in testing enhancements

  • Work cross-functionally within compensation team to support job analysis and external survey participation

  • Consult with HRBPs on compensation structure, policies and procedures

  • Maintain an awareness of external trends and best practices

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in a Human Resources (preferably at least 2 years in compensation role)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Detail oriented – accuracy is of the upmost importance

  • Technical knowledge of the various components of compensation

  • Strong database and spreadsheet skills and familiarity with HR systems (Workday experience is preferred)

  • Company experience with multi-state or international business

  • Exposure to the design and operation of merit and incentive programs
