Equifax is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join the Global Compensation Team. You will be part of a high performance team that impacts the organization and our senior leaders across the global enterprise.

Reporting to the Global Executive Compensation Manager, you will help the team Compensation Analyst will provide data analysis, reporting and insights that inform and measure leadership compensation, including base pay, short- and long-term incentives. Play key role in supporting the development of materials and reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and to the Equifax Board of Directors' Compensation Committee, compensation projects and MandA compensation activities.

What you'll do Perform research and analysis on peer group and market trends related to leadership compensation programs including base pay, long-term incentives, short-term incentives and one-time payments. Contribute to development of materials for key meetings and updates with senior leaders and for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Support MandA Compensation activities, from due diligence to full integration, including job pricing, mapping and assignment of compensation components and targets, workforce analysis, retention models and compensation packages and side-by-side compensation program comparison Complete and submit compensation surveys (base pay, short term and long term incentives) Support Workforce Compensation and Executive Compensation projects, as needed.

What experience you need Bachelor's Degree 2 years of HR/compensation experience Experience in advanced skills using Excel / Google sheets including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups 2 years of data modeling experience

What could set you apart Skill in Google Suite presentation and collaboration tools Strong working knowledge of compensation platforms including HRIS (Workday) and compensation survey tools (MarketPay) Executive compensation and/or international compensation experience
