We are currently hiring a Federal Program Manager​. As a Federal Program Manager, you will:

  • Serve as ICF’s program manager and single point of contact for a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a large-scale federal government client.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the contract officer.

  • Provide guidance related to the technical scope of the BPA.

  • Manage forecasting and oversight of budgets.

  • Develop and cultivate client relationships and ensure close collaboration.

  • Provide administrative direction, oversee reporting and deliverables, and lead the thorough and timely reporting of required information including data and performance metrics.

  • Ensure that the services and deliverables required are provided in accordance with each task order.

  • Manage team performance and delivery of high-quality products and services.

  • Oversee the delivery of strategic communications, marketing, content creation, conference and meeting planning, and program management.

  • Attend on-site meetings and conferences in Washington, D.C. per contract schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a closely related field

  • 10 years’ experience managing delivery and oversight of a large-scale, complex project

  • 3 years’ experience managing a project with national reach and various audiences and stakeholders

  • Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (federal government background check)

Professional Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills.

  • Experience managing large teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple tasks that vary in scale and complexity.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, provide a high attention to detail, and respond to challenges with a high degree of adaptability, sound judgment, and comfort in establishing new directions and managing to change.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications and problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients, project team members, and colleagues. 

  • Experience and/or interest in justice, national security or law enforcement preferred, but not required.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$84,533.00 - $143,706.00
