We are a manufacturer of structural parts for the leading original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) in the large business and regional jet markets. The Quality Assurance Administrator supports Quality Assurance in managing processes and activities in support of customer and industry requirements. What will my responsibilities include? Maintains a working knowledge of customer and industry quality standards (AS9100 / AS9102). Reads and interprets engineering drawings and specifications. Reviews a variety of documents such as Job Packets and Material Certs for completeness and accuracy prior to shipment. Uses a personal computer in a network environment to enter and update data, create documents and use system applications; uses email, spreadsheet and word processing software. Prepares pack slips and certification paperwork, per customer and internal requirements. Operates office equipment such as copiers, scanners and PCs. Performs data entry to support daily, weekly, monthly and annual internal quality metrics, and quality support activities. Works with all departments to support continuous improvement activities. Works with/supports Q.E. staff. May take direction from Q.E. staff and/or Director of Quality. Follows all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
