SeniorSoftware SystemTest Lead About the Role: At Boston Scientific, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Software System Test Lead with exceptional proficiency in requirements management and a proven track record in test effort leadership. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and compliance of our medical device software products through meticulous requirements validation and test planning, as well as by leading a dynamic testing effort. Your Responsibilities Include: Take ownership of requirements management, ensuring clarity, completeness, and traceability. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and verify requirements, maintaining a strong focus on alignment with regulatory needs. Lead the testing effort, overseeing a team of skilled testers to achieve rigorous software validation and verification. Develop and maintain comprehensive traceability documentation, test verification plan documents, and test verification results to provide transparency and accountability throughout the testing process. Ensure that test case coverage meticulously addresses release requirements and defects, guaranteeing software compliance with predefined standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to review Functional Requirements and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and enable thorough software testing coverage. Provide accurate and informed estimates for testing activities within the project, considering the complexity and scope of the software. Maintain and update the Test Plan following evolving project needs, regulatory changes, and emerging requirements. Lead the testing activities at all stages, including functional, integration, and regression testing, setting a high standard for testing excellence. Serve as a mentor and educator, fostering the growth and development of team members. Leverage Microsoft ADO for efficient project management, tracking, and collaboration within the testing team. Champion quality assurance efforts, maintaining a relentless commitment to ensuring products meet and exceed the highest quality standards. What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in software testing, preferably within the medical device's software development domain. Demonstrated leadership in test effort planning and execution. Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft ADO for efficient project management. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Impeccable attention to detail and a relentless commitment to quality. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
