About the role: The Cardiology Customer Experience team is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Product Manager on the Strategic Transformation team.The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy for customers that are shared across multiple business units in Cardiology Group. This requires establishing strong relationships with historically siloed business unit marketing teams and their partners to effectively lead Cardiology's transformation towards increased customer centricity through championing integrated thinking and driving strategic connections. This individual contributor will develop a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors to serve as a trusted advisor on the strategic design and delivery of connected Cardiology customer experiences and omnichannel programs. The Principal Product Manager must have the ability to effectively engage, influence and challenge key stakeholders to deliver customer centric strategies that effectively advance the Cardiology business as a whole. They must also ensure business satisfaction and ongoing continuous optimization of the agreed strategy. Your responsibilities will include: Develops a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors through market research, coordination with customer interfacing teams, internal and external data, as well as personal interactions with customers Drives "Voice of Customer" (VOC) and "Voice of Business" work where applicable to inform customer and business needs while investigating new strategic initiatives Develops and implements practical, data-driven approaches to strategy design, development and execution Builds strong relationships with business unit marketing teams as well as a broad set of key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment and support of strategies Influences organizational thinking on marketing excellence and customer centricity Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or healthcare-related field 5+ years experience in downstream or strategic marketing, omnichannel or multi-channel strategy, or market research Ability to influence leadership and key stakeholders through creation of compelling presentations and effective communication of recommendations Effective project management skills and ability to work independently with little oversight Travel up to 10% Preferred qualifications: MBA or Advanced Degree Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry experience Requisition ID:580483 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
