Assistant General Manager

Location: 1205 Laura Village Drive, Apex, NC, 27523

Job Summary: (Must be able to work the late shift 4am until 2am)

The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the business. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in managing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints and concerns

  • Monitor financial goals and make adjustments as needed to meet targets

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a management role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
