As a Target Analyst Reporter with our Intel Division, you will be responsible for researching, collecting, processing, and analyzing all-source intelligence. Identify and derive cyber capabilities and activities of cyber criminals and foreign intelligence entities who pose a threat to DoD information systems and their infrastructure. Present findings through written or oral presentations to provide the most complete intelligence picture possible based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of both classified and unclassified information. Prepare reports for a variety of audiences that reflect outstanding critical thinking, comprehensive grasp of cyber capabilities and activities of cyber criminals and foreign intelligence entities.

You’d like to do this

  • Provide subject matter expertise to the development of cyber operations intelligence indicators.

  • Maintain a common intelligence picture

  • Coordinate, validate, and manage all-source collection requirements, plans, and activities

  • Assist in the identification of intelligence collection shortfalls

  • Brief threat intelligence findings/reports to customer and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with intelligence analysts/targeting organizations involved in related areas

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis

  • Develop intelligence needs requirements necessary for answering priority information requests

  • Engage customers to understand customer’s intelligence needs and wants

  • Identify adversarial threat tactics, techniques, procedures, and methodologies

  • Monitor and report changes in threat dispositions, activities, tactics, capabilities, and objectives

  • Monitor and report on validated threat activities

  • Monitor open-source websites for hostile content directed towards customer interest

  • Produce timely, fused, all-source threat intelligence and indications and warning intelligence products (e.g., threat assessments, briefings, intelligence studies, country studies)

  • Provide subject matter expertise and support to planning/developmental forums and working groups as appropriate

  • Provide information and assessments for the purpose of informing leadership and customers

  • Assimilate intelligence data from disparate sources and summarize the data to develop information for further analysis or action

  • Work closely with planners, intelligence analysts, and collection managers to ensure intelligence requirements and collection plans are accurate and up to date

You’re required to have this

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 7 years of experience in Computer Network Exploitation, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, or related role.

  • Must have three (3) years of experience in producing research and analysis or performance assessments or analyzing resource allocation or assessing satisfaction levels of requirements.

  • An active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
