The EMEA Finance Director is responsible for the performance and development of the finance controllers team as well as accountable for ensure a timely and smooth support in the financial, legal and business aspects of the EMEA region.

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Regional Finance Director to oversee and manage the financial activities for EMEA region. The role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. In this role you are responsible for the performance of the finance controllers’ team as well as to ensure a timely and smooth support in the financial, legal and business aspects of the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis:

•            Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall goals and objectives of Kramer.

•            Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for the region.

•            Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making by senior management.

Financial Management:

•            Be the voice of the regional finance within the region and to

                HQ partners.

•            Control and lead cash flow of the region.

•            Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance and Risk Management:

•            Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting principles, and company policies.

•            Identify and mitigate financial risks within the region.

•            Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate.

Strategic Leadership:

•            Work closely and following with the Global HQ guidance and contribute to the development and

                execution of the organization's overall strategy.

•            Work closely with the Head of the region to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

•            Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team in the region.

Stakeholder Communication:

•            Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management and other

                stakeholders.

•            Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals align with broader organizational goals.

Team Management:

•            Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing finance team.

•            Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance

                department.

Projects:

•            Reorganization/efficiency of the EMEA organization

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration is required. MBA- preferred.

  • Professional accounting or finance certification (e.g., CPA)

  • At least ten years of professional and leadership.

  • Experience in a regional or multi-site capacity.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Familiarity with financial management software and ERP systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.

  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team.
