Seasonal Environmental Technician Alexandria, Baxter, Rochester, or Wyoming MN As an Seasonal Environmental Technician at Widseth, you ll be working on challenging projects providing services to clients throughout Minnesota. You will work alongside a team of professionals to meet diverse needs of clients; this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Your focus will be on: Completing wetland delineations Wetland permitting Drafting environmental reports Soil and groundwater sampling, following established chain of custody procedures and submitting samples for laboratory analysis Gather field data for environmental investigations Site maps, soil boring logs and data tables for reports Working as part of an integrated team sharing work Approaching projects with an attention to detail and a focus on accuracy to ensure achieving quality standards while meeting production schedule Utilizing effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to communicate effectively with team members To be considered for this position, two of the following minimum qualifications will be preferred: Vocational training or Associates degree in a related field 1-2+ years experience in environmental or related field Environmental sampling experience Wetland delineation experience, SWPPP inspection and/or design experience Environmental compliance monitoring experience Valid driver s license.
